1. What types of products do you sell?

We specialize in trading cards including sports cards (NFL, NBA, MLB, etc.), TCGs (like Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh!), entertainment cards, mystery packs, and card supplies such as sleeves, toploaders, and storage solutions.


2. Do you offer returns or refunds?

All sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please review all listings carefully before purchasing.


3. Are your mystery packs guaranteed to contain hits?

Our mystery packs are carefully curated with excellent value and chase cards included in select tiers. However, we cannot guarantee hits in every pack due to the nature of randomized content.


4. How do I know if a card is authentic or in good condition?

We verify the authenticity and condition of all cards before listing. Card conditions are clearly described, and high-value cards are typically shown in multiple images for transparency.


5. Do you offer grading services?

We do not currently offer grading services, but we may showcase graded cards from PSA, BGS, TAG, and CGC in our inventory.


6. Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?

Yes! If you purchase multiple items, we will combine shipping whenever possible to help you save on shipping costs.


7. When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.


8. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.


9. Where can I watch your live breaks or product previews?

You can catch us live on Whatnot, and check out box breaks, grading reviews, and more on our YouTube channel.
